Our Goal

An adequate supply of clean water is essential to a healthy, lasting community. Here in the arid southwest, our water is especially precious. But, the best sources indicate that our water supply will be insufficient in just a few decades without careful attention to where our water comes from, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

Friends of Flagstaff’s Future’s Water Action Research Team strives to preserve and protect our local water supply, both now and into the future. We explore the roots of water issues in Flagstaff and work actively toward resolving them in an inclusive, collaborative way.

Take Back the Tap

Choosing tap water over bottled water promotes our health, pads our wallets and preserves our environment! The F3 Water team has joined with Food & Water Watch, a national consumer advocacy organization, to help Flagstaff reap the benefits of keeping our water sources close to home.
